Transcripts FAQ
How can I get a copy of my DLIFLC transcript or DLPT/OPI ACE credit recommendation?
A: You may obtain a copy of your transcript by filling out a DLIFLC FORM 220 Request for Transcripts or a Form 420 DLPT/OPI ACE credit recommendation, located on the right side menu. We do not produce unofficial transcripts; however you may request a student copy.
I didn’t attend DLIFLC, but I took a foreign language test. Can I get a transcript?
A: The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends college credits based on qualifying DLPT/OPIs. You can request ACE credit recommendations by completing a DLIFLC FORM 420, located on the Registrar’s page, under Forms.
Is there a fee?
A: DLIFLC does not charge for transcripts or DLPT/OPI ACE credit recommendations.
What is the turnaround time for transcript and DLPT ACE credit requests?
A: Due to current staffing levels, turnaround time for your transcript and/or DLPT ACE credit report is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of the transcript by mail.
Can I have my transcript faxed or emailed to my school, or prospective employer?
A: No. Due to the Privacy ACT and the PII contained in the documents, transcripts can’t be emailed or faxed. All DLIFLC transcripts and ACE credit recommendations will be mailed through the US postal service.
Can I have my transcript request expedited?
A: DLIFLC does not have expedited service for requests. In general, all requests are prepared in the order they’re received, unless they require additional research. However, you may write on the request form that you will set up express mail service when the documents are prepared and ready for mailing. You must make all associated arrangements for express or overnight shipping. Fedex is recommended. The Registrar’s Office cannot assume shipping costs. Our physical address is:

My school has not received my transcript. What do I need to do?
A: Please check the request form you submitted to ensure the school’s mailing address is correct before requesting a resend. Email the resend request along with the school’s mailing address to the Registrars’ Office at transcripts@dliflc.edu.
My college won’t accept all my credits from my transcript. Should I resend it?
A: Although DLIFLC is accredited by the ACCJC/WASC, it is always up to the gaining institution whether they will accept some, all, or none of your DLIFLC credits. Links to our General Catalog, which includes course descriptions, can be found on this website under the Resources section.
I did not earn a Diploma while at DLIFLC. Can I get credits for completed DLIFLC coursework?
A: You may receive academic credit for completed DLIFLC coursework assuming you met academic criteria. Please submit a DLIFLC Form 220 to request a transcript.
How do I obtain a copy of my DLAB test score?
A: Contact the Test Control Officer [TCO] at the location where you took the DLAB.
How do I obtain a DA 330 of my DLPT/OPI Scores?
A: To request a DA 330 of DLPT/OPI Scores (not DLPT/OPI ACE college credit recommendations), please contact the Test Control Officer (TCO) at the location where you took the test.
The DLIFLC Testing Office can only generate DA 330s of the DLPTs/OPIs for personnel who physically tested at DLIFLC. The TCO at the location where you took the test can contact the DLIFLC Testing Office if they have questions.
How do I get a copy of my DLPT/OPI scores for FLPB or to update my records?
A: Only the Test Control Officer [TCO] at the location where you took the DLPT/OPI can issue official reports of scores for other than educational purposes. If your TCO is unable to find your DLPT or OPI scores, ask the TCO to contact the DLIFLC Testing Division for assistance.
